Anti-NUDT21 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets NUDT21, also referred to as CFIM25, a 26 kDa protein. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied as an unconjugated liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–227 of human NUDT21 (NP_008937.1) and purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the reagent has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
