Anti-NUDT1 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NUDT1 (Nudix hydrolase 1), the enzyme also called MTH1 that sanitizes the nucleotide pool by hydrolyzing oxidized purine triphosphates such as 8-oxo-dGTP. NUDT1 expression is frequently studied in oncology and oxidative-stress research, where elevated levels are linked to DNA damage responses and to the survival of cancer cells exposed to reactive oxygen species.
