Anti-NUDT1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets NUDT1, also referred to as MTH1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid prepared in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human samples, and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–179 of human MTH1 (NP_945192.1).

Working dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000 are recommended for Western blotting, with 1:50 to 1:200 suggested for immunohistochemistry. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 18 kDa.
