Anti-Nucleophosmin (E22) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Nucleophosmin (E22) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Nucleophosmin protein. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Nucleophosmin as immunogen, and the target protein migrates at approximately 36 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
