Anti-Nuclear Receptor NR4A1 (Ab-351) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the Nuclear Receptor NR4A1 protein at the region surrounding serine 351 (immunogen: synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Nuclear Receptor NR4A1 around the phosphorylation site L-P-S(p)-K-P). The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and should be stored at −20 °C. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, where it is reported to detect endogenous levels of total NR4A1.
