Anti-NTSR1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Neurotensin Receptor 1 (NTSR1) and is part of the Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–70 of human NTSR1 (NP_002522.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 49 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The manufacturer recommends a WB dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
