Anti-NTRK3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG reagent, this unconjugated antiserum from Antibodies.com selectively recognizes NTRK3 (neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinase 3, also known as TrkC), the high-affinity receptor for neurotrophin-3 (NT-3). The 50 µl aliquot is affinity purified to minimize off-target binding and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous human and mouse NTRK3 in cell lysates and tissue homogenates.

NTRK3 is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase of approximately 95 kDa that signals through MAPK, PI3K, and PLCγ pathways to support neuronal survival, differentiation, and synaptic plasticity. The protein is enriched in proprioceptive dorsal root ganglion neurons and has documented roles in cardiac development. Because the reagent is supplied unconjugated, researchers can conjugate HRP, biotin, or fluorophores to suit their downstream assay design.

Beyond neuroscience applications, the antibody is used to characterize ETV6-NTRK3 and other oncogenic fusions observed in secretory breast carcinoma, congenital fibrosarcoma, and papillary thyroid carcinoma.
