Anti-NTRK2 (phospho Y705) Antibody

Phosphorylation-state antibody for probing activated TrkB receptor signaling, supplied by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent in unconjugated IgG format. The antibody is specific for NTRK2 (TrkB) when tyrosine 705 in the kinase domain activation loop is phosphorylated, the autophosphorylation site engaged downstream of BDNF and NT-4/5 neurotrophin binding. It is validated for Western Blot on lysates prepared from human, mouse, and rat tissue, supporting studies of neurotrophin-driven neuronal survival, synaptic plasticity, and TrkB pathway dysregulation in neurological disease models. Each vial contains 50 µL of antibody suitable for parallel blotting of phospho-TrkB and total TrkB loading controls.
