Anti-NTRK2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NTRK2 (TrkB), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation suitable for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications [C0, S1]. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples [C0, S1].

The reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 32–430 of human TrkB (NP_001018074.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography [S1]. It is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 140 kDa [S1]. Concentration is lot-specific [S1].

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided [S1]. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF [S1].
