Anti-NTRK1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets NTRK1 (also known as TrkA). It is supplied unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (including IHC-P), immunofluorescence, and ELISA applications. The antibody shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human TrkA. Following affinity purification, the antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 120 kDa, with a predicted molecular weight of 87 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for IHC-P, and 1 µg/ml as a starting concentration for ELISA. Concentration is lot-specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Three scientific validation images accompany the antibody.
