Anti-NTR1 (H218) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NTR1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 190-240 of human NTR1 and detects endogenous levels of NTR1 protein. It is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF, and reacts with human and mouse samples.

Prepared at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa.
