Anti-NTMT1 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against NTMT1 (also referenced as METTL11A). The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated for western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), this reagent was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-223 of human NTMT1 (NP_054783.2). The target has a molecular weight of 25 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000 for WB and 1:50 to 1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
