Anti-NTHL1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NTHL1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and reacts with human samples. The reagent is provided in liquid form following affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human NTHL1 (NP_002519.1), with a molecular weight of 37 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
