Anti-NTF4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NTF4, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and, according to manufacturer data, is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein NTF4 has a molecular weight of approximately 22 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration described as lot specific. Purification is by affinity chromatography.

Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:100–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25–210 of human NTF4 (NP_006170.1). The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
