Anti-NTF3 Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human NTF3 (neurotrophin-3) immunogen and is calibrated to detect the endogenous total NTF3 protein in routine laboratory assays. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline background (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Verified applications are Western blot and immunohistochemistry; reactivity has been confirmed on human and mouse samples, with representative Western blot data generated on HT-29 cell lysates and IHC staining demonstrated on paraffin-embedded human oesophagus cancer tissue.
