Anti-NT5C1A Antibody

Raised in rabbits and affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific chromatography, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent targets an internal region of the human NT5C1A protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal sequence of cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase IA (also known as cN-I, cN-IA, cN1A, and 5'-deoxynucleotidase), and the reagent is supplied as 100 µl of liquid at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml. The formulation is rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol added as stabiliser and preservative.

Endogenous NT5C1A is detected in lysates from MCF-7 and HepG2 cells by western blot, and the reagent has been used to visualise cytosolic staining in A549 cells by IF. For continuous use, aliquot the vial and store at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw cycles; short-term handling at refrigerated temperature is acceptable. Each vial contains 100 µl of unconjugated rabbit IgG.
