Anti-NT-proBNP (38-44) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal reagent raised against the N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP). The clone recognizes the linear epitope spanning amino acid residues 38-44 of the 76-residue pro-peptide, the biologically inactive fragment cleaved from proBNP during cardiac myocyte stress and released into circulation alongside mature BNP.

Supplied as a liquid, purified monoclonal antibody at 1mg, the unconjugated immunoglobulin is suitable for immunoassay development, immunohistochemistry, and western blot workflows investigating cardiovascular biomarkers.
