Anti-NSUN2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognises NSUN2, also referred to as NSUN2/SAKI. It is raised in Rabbit, supplied as a liquid preparation, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 508-767 of human NSUN2 (NP_060225.4). The antibody has been affinity purified and is provided at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
