Anti-NSE/Enolase (R400) Antibody

Affinity-purified by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NSE/Enolase (R400), also referred to as NSE/ENO2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 361-410 of Human NSE/Enolase. The antibody detects endogenous levels of NSE/ENO2 protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein NSE has a molecular weight of approximately 47 kDa.
