Anti-NSE Antibody

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human NSE, and the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring selective recognition of endogenous levels of total NSE protein. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human samples, making it well suited to studies of neuronal and neuroendocrine tissues as well as investigations where NSE is used as a tumour or damage marker.
