Anti-NSE Antibody [1G6]

From Antibodies.com, this monoclonal antibody targets NSE and is raised in mouse as an IgM isotype, supplied unconjugated and validated for use with human samples. The clone, identified as 1G6, was generated using recombinant human NSE as the immunogen and specifically recognises recombinant human NSE.

The reagent is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2. It has been validated for ELISA applications, with concentration depending on the reconstitution volume used.

Storage guidance from the manufacturer indicates shipment at 4 °C, after which the product should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For use, the lyophilised material is reconstituted with double-distilled water.
