Anti-NSE Antibody [171]

Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 171) targeting NSE, supplied unconjugated and in lyophilised form. Listed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for ELISA applications, it is raised in mouse and of the IgG1 isotype. The reagent reacts with human samples and specifically recognises recombinant human NSE, the immunogen used in its generation.

Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the antibody is lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided, and reconstituted with double distilled water. The hybridoma is derived from the Sp2/0-Ag14 cell line.
