The antibody was raised against recombinant human NSE and specifically recognises recombinant human NSE. It is supplied lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, with concentration reconstitution-dependent. Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the clone was generated using the Sp2/0-Ag14 cell line.

For reconstitution, the product should be reconstituted with double distilled water. Storage guidance is to ship at 4°C, aliquot upon delivery, and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
