Anti-NSA2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the NSA2 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human NSA2 (NP_055701.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Recommended working dilutions for WB are 1:500 to 1:2,000. The antibody has been affinity-purified and is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.
