Description
This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting the NRXN3 protein. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the unconjugated IgG preparation is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human NRXN3, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NRXN3 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 180 kDa.
