Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Neurexin 1, offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 31-310 of human NRXN1 (NP_001129131.1) and recognises a target of approximately 162 kDa.
The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
