Anti-NRP2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185710)

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against Neuropilin-2 (NRP2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The product has a reported molecular weight of 130 kDa.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 150–420 of human NRP2 (NP_003863.2). It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific.
