Anti-NRP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human neuropilin-1 (NRP1) protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. Supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, each pack contains 50 µL of antibody. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, and it cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat NRP1, enabling comparative studies across standard laboratory models. Because it detects the endogenous total NRP1 protein, the antibody is well suited to expression profiling, receptor signalling investigations, and characterization of vascular and neuronal pathways in which neuropilin-1 participates. For handling, the product is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
