Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against human Neuropilin-1 (NRP1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated 100 µl liquid aliquot intended for Western blot workflows. NRP1 is a multifunctional transmembrane glycoprotein that serves as a co-receptor for class III semaphorins during axon guidance and for VEGF-A isoforms during vascular development, making this reagent useful for studies of angiogenesis, neuronal patterning, and tumor microenvironment biology. The antibody was generated in rabbit and validated for detection of endogenous NRP1 in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative work across cultured cell lysates and primary tissue homogenates. Each vial contains 100 µl of polyclonal IgG in an unconjugated format, suitable for downstream labeling with HRP, fluorophore, or biotin conjugates as required by the experimental design. Researchers commonly apply this reagent to probe NRP1 expression in endothelial cells, neurons, and a range of carcinoma cell lines where aberrant NRP1 signaling contributes to invasion and immune escape. For research use only.
