A rabbit polyclonal antibody recognising NRIP1, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity reported against human and mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 939–1158 of human NRIP1 (NP_003480.2). It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target has a reported molecular weight of 150 kDa.

The recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
