Anti-NRIP1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NRIP1, also known as RIP140, available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit hosts against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 939-1158 of human NRIP1 (NP_003480.2) and has been affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 150 kDa.

Validated for Western blot on human and mouse samples, with one scientific validation image included. Recommended dilutions for WB are 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
