Anti-NRG1 isoform-10 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NRG1 isoform-10. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Prepared as Rabbit IgG, the antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from human NRG1 isoform-10 as the immunogen and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of total NRG1 isoform-10 protein.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
