Anti-NRG1 Antibody

Raised in rabbits and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, this polyclonal Ig-class reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of total human NRG1 (neuregulin 1) protein. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream labelling. It was generated against a recombinant human NRG1 protein and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, where it specifically recognises the total NRG1 target. For routine handling the vial should be shipped cold at 4 °C and, upon arrival, aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only, the reagent is suitable for laboratories investigating NRG1 signalling in human tissue and cell-based systems.
