Anti-NRG1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Neuregulin-1 (NRG1), a membrane-bound growth factor that signals through ERBB3 and ERBB4 receptor tyrosine kinases via juxtacrine and proteolytic release. Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, the reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human tissue sections. NRG1 is best known for directing Schwann cell myelination and cardiac trabeculae formation during embryonic development, and the protein is the focus of active oncology research because ERBB-receptor fusions carrying the NRG1 EGF-like domain are recognized as actionable drivers in lung adenocarcinoma and other solid tumors.
