Anti-NRG1 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against NRG1 is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used is recombinant full length Human NRG1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NRG1 protein. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
