Anti-Nrf2 / NFE2L2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Nrf2 / NFE2L2, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The reagent is unconjugated and was generated using recombinant full length Human Nrf2 / NFE2L2 as immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of NFE2L2 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity demonstrated against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target runs at a molecular weight of ~ 68 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
