Anti-Nrf2 (L593) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Nrf2 (L593) and is supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 560–621 of Human Nrf2 and detects endogenous levels of Nrf2/NFE2L2 protein, with a molecular weight of approximately 68 kDa.
