Anti-Nrf2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Nrf2 (also known as NF-E2-related factor 2, NFE2L2), generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the human Nrf2 sequence around the non-acetylation site of K599. Supplied as 50 µl of liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of the Nrf2 transcription factor in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for ELISA and Western blot applications. The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
