Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the transcription factor Nrf2 (also known as NFE2L2 or NF-E2-related factor 2) and is supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated, affinity-purified antiserum at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Nrf2, and the antibody has been validated to detect endogenous levels of the target protein in routine laboratory workflows. Recommended applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry combined with immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and ELISA, giving researchers flexibility across both imaging and biochemical read-outs.
