Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NREP is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and reacts with human and rat samples, with specificity for endogenous levels of the NREP protein.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human NREP and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 13 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at an approximate pH of 7.3.
