Anti-NRBF2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody to NRBF2, offered by Antibodies.com for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The target has a reported molecular weight of 38 kDa and the antibody has been KO-validated.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-287 of human NRBF2 (NP_110386.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal; the concentration is lot-specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200, and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
