Anti-NR5A2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab189876)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets NR5A2 (also referred to as LRH1) and is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 300–541 of human NR5A2 (NP_995582.1), and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. NR5A2 has a molecular weight of 61 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with the concentration being lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is supported by 3 scientific images. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
