Anti-NR5A2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human NR5A2 immunogen and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated IgG antibody detects the endogenous total NR5A2 protein, which is also known by the synonyms LRH-1, FTF, B1F, CPF, hB1F, Hepatocytic transcription factor, Liver receptor homolog 1, Alpha-1-fetoprotein transcription factor, B1-binding factor, CYP7A promoter-binding factor, and Nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 2. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on samples from human, mouse, and rat origins, making it a versatile reagent for cross-species studies of nuclear receptor signalling. Following the manufacturer's storage guidance, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
