Anti-NR3C1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against the Glucocorticoid Receptor (NR3C1). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of the human Glucocorticoid Receptor (NP_001191194.1). The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated for use in Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The target has a molecular weight of 105 kDa and the reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, following affinity purification.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
