Anti-NR2E1 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against NR2E1 (also referred to as Tailless or TLX). The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported target molecular weight of 43 kDa.

Validated for western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100 and IP: 1:50-1:100.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 106–385 of human NR2E1/TLX (NP_003260.1). The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. It is intended for research use only.
