Anti-NR2C1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NR2C1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent raised in rabbit. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-240 of human NR2C1 (NP_003288.2). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is affinity-purified. Reported molecular weight for the target is 52 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The concentration is lot specific. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
