Anti-NR1I3 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab186869)

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognizes NR1I3, also known as the constitutive androstane receptor. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and is reactive against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 103–352 of human NR1I3 (NP_001070948.1), and is affinity-purified. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight is 45 kDa and the concentration is lot-specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
