Anti-NR1I2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NR1I2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western Blotting. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was generated using recombinant protein of human NR1I2 as the immunogen, with purification carried out by affinity chromatography on the immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of total NR1I2.

The reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The isotype is IgG.
