Anti-NR1H3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NR1H3, the gene encoding liver X receptor alpha (LXRα), a ligand-activated nuclear receptor transcription factor that governs cholesterol efflux, reverse cholesterol transport, and inflammatory gene programs in macrophages, hepatocytes, and other metabolically active cell types.
