Anti-NR1H3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the NR1H3 protein and is supplied by Antibodies.com. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is provided in unconjugated form. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with rabbit as the host species, polyclonal clonality, and IgG isotype.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody was recombinant full-length Human NR1H3, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of NR1H3 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
